An iconic brand gets the digital lead agency treatment...

We're a bunch of sweet tooths. So you can imagine our joy at being named digital lead agency for Ritter Sport (from 2008 to 2011). With duties as diverse as the product's many delicious flavours, we supported the brand globally with a web platform, photoshoots, CRM, online shop, digital campaigns, digital branding and more.

Don't stop the choc: A short screencast of what was possibly the most delicious start page in history...

Tricks of the trade: With our creative know-how and hands-on approach, we revamped the brand’s image – giving it a consistent and modern look, and feel, across all major digital touchpoints.

Keep it topical: Regular specials and product features kept things fresh – like this Santa game, festive recipes, and a special user-generated feature which let visitors co-write a chocolate-themed Xmas story that was recorded and shared just before Christmas Day.

Shout it out loud: We also created content to announce important product innovations, like the launch of the brand's bio (organic) range.

Putting it to paper: Our campaigns often spill over offline – like these two German press ads to promote Ritter Sport's new organic range...

Hip to be square: We created an online gaming community with over 13,000 Ritter Sport fans!

Comeback of the year: We created a digital campaign to celebrate the return of Ritter Sport's Olympia bar – an old favourite from the 1980s. YouTube channel, rich media ads, newsletters, microsite, and more. The campaign won Gold at the 2010 German Effies.

Trumpet blowing: Our work for Ritter Sport picked up a few gongs along the way, including a Golden Effie, Red Dot, Webby, and DDC award.
